What is a pre-existing medical condition?
A pre-existing medical condition is defined as any disease, illness or injury for which you or any person to be insured have:
- Been prescribed regular medication at any time in the last 5 years
- Received treatment (including surgery, tests or investigations) within the last 5 years
Why do I need to tell you about my medical conditions?
We want you to have the cover and care that's right for you. So we ask you to complete some simple questions about the health of you or any of the people to be insured on your policy. It may take a few minutes, but it will mean you can enjoy peace of mind for the whole of your trip, knowing that you all have the insurance you need.
